How to become a member
The GSK statutes distinguish between ordinary members and supporting members.
Ordinary member:
Ordinary membership of the GSK may be acquired by:
- any company that is a manufacturer of valves and/or fittings that carries out epoxy powder coating itself or
- valve and/or fitting manufacturers who have epoxy powder coating carried out by contract by third parties who are full members of the Association or
- companies that manufacture epoxy powder coating materials
Before membership can be established, a pre-audit has to be performed for manufacturers of valves and fittings to verify whether the candidate for membership has the ability to implement the quality requirements according to RAL-GZ 662 within 6 months.
Further information on the admission procedure can be found here.
Supporting member:
Any association or person representing business and commercial interests may become a supporting member if the association recognises that they have a legitimate interest in quality assurance.
You can find the documents for applying for a supporting membership in the download area.
